Refund Policy

1. Free Initial Consultation

Your first consultation is provided free of charge and carries no payment or refund obligations.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a paid session, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a partial charge to cover consultant preparation time.

3. Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to consultant availability.

4. Document-Based Services

For document-based services such as Proofreading, Editing, and Referencing, refund requests will be assessed individually. If you're dissatisfied with the quality of feedback provided, please contact us within 7 days so we can address your concerns directly.

5. Coaching Packages

For ongoing coaching arrangements, unused sessions within a pre-paid package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you choose to discontinue, provided you notify us in writing.
