1. Scope of Services
Dissertation Help UK provides academic consultation, guidance, and coaching services to students. Our services are strictly guidance-based: we do not write, complete, or submit academic work on behalf of any client. All final academic work remains the sole responsibility and intellectual property of the student.
2. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you confirm that you understand our services are guidance-based and agree to use any advice, feedback, or guidance provided in a manner consistent with your university's academic integrity policies. You are responsible for verifying your own institution's specific requirements and for the final content and submission of your own academic work.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Consultation sessions are booked via our online form or by contacting us directly. Please see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
4. Payment
Pricing is confirmed individually based on the service and session requirements discussed during your free initial consultation, as outlined in our Pricing Guide. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking a paid session.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and materials as strictly confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to provide high-quality, accurate guidance, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes, including grades, approvals, or examination results, as these depend on factors outside our control, including the student's own work and their institution's assessment criteria.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including guides, templates, and other resources, is the intellectual property of Dissertation Help UK unless otherwise stated, and is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
